Cost

USF is competitive in its pricing to educators when compared to other programs.  The current cost is $270 per credit, based on the 2012-2013 academic year tuition. USF charges minimal & competitive fees when compared to other institutions. Other costs include books, a per semester $40 student fee, and a graduation fee of $110 (payable with the application for graduation, includes cap and gown).Those interested in financial aid for the program should contact the USF financial aid office at (605) 331-6623.

Transfer Coursework

Program participants may request to transfer credits into the program that have been completed at other institutions and that are compatible with required coursework for the Education Specialist degree.  However, there are restrictions to transfer credit and final decisions are left to the Education Specialist Program at USF.
