The University of Sioux Falls offers special topics that enhance academic, professional and personal development for educators. Graduate and undergraduate credit workshops are available on-campus, on-line, and in partnership with school districts and education agencies.
See left-side navigation for more information on each of these programs.
All workshops meet the South Dakota State Department of Education re-certification requirements and may qualify for salary advancement. USF recommends you check with your school district and/or state licensing agency to verify these courses will meet your district or state requirements for salary advancement and/or state certificate re-licensure.
Graduate level courses for PreK-12 educators are assigned a 500-level course designation and are designed for educators who have completed their baccalaureate degree.
On-campus workshops taken to fulfill elective credits in the M.Ed. in Reading and M.Ed. in Technology may qualify for financial aid. Contact the Financial Aid office for more information.
