2) Dial Extension Number followed by the # sign

3) Dial Password (Initial Password is 9) followed by # sign

4) You must Change Password Now: 5-15 Digits Long

(You and your roommate will share this password)

a. Dial New Password followed by the # sign

b. Dial New Password followed by the # sign

5) Press 5 to record you and your roommates names

6) Press 5 when finished

7) Press # to approve or 1 to rerecord

Entering Your Greeting (STEP TWO):

1) After completing step one, press 3

2) Press 3 to Administer Personal Greetings

3) Press 1 to create or change greeting

4) Enter greeting number 1

5) Record New Greeting (You have reached______ &

___________. Please leave a message)

6) To Rerecord press 1, if finished Press #

7) Press 1 to make it active for all calls

Normal Everyday Login:

1) You will know you have a message when

you hear a broken dial tone

2) Dial 6798 on Campus/ Dial 331-6798 off Campus

3) Enter Extension Number followed by # sign

4) Enter your password followed by # sign

5) Press 2 to Get Messages

6) Press 0 to Listen

7) Press # to skip message if it is not for you and

it will be saved for your roommate

8) Press *3 to Delete the message
