All students living in USF dormitories are required to pay a $50 housing deposit. This deposit is returned to the student upon moving out of USF housing, contingent on satisfying Student Development Office guidelines to receive a refund of the deposit. Housing deposits for the fall and spring semester are non-refundable after May 1st and December 15th, respectively.

All undergraduate students attending USF for the first time are required to pay a $100 tuition deposit. The deposit is applied to the student's account when tuition charges are posted to the account.
