All day-time students must participate in Validation, a time designed for students and administrative personnel to confirm all administrative records are in order. Specific calendar days (usually 3 days) are set aside for Validation, typically starting a day or two before classes begin and continuing a day or two into the semester. Student Accounts is normally the final stop in the Validation process, and students should be prepared to pay their bill, or enroll in a FACTS payment plan, at this time.
Validation Instructions are mailed to all students, along with their SDS Forms, prior to the fall and spring semesters.
Validation is not held during the summer session. All students should pay their bill on the first day of summer school.
