Welcome to the University of Sioux Falls' newest safety program! The U•SaFety Program comes to USF through a 3 year, $300,000 grant from the Department of Justice, Office On Violence Against Women awarded in the fall of 2007. With a focus on the crimes of stalking, sexual assault, & dating/domestic violence on campus, the underlying premise of the U•SaFety Program is educational awareness and personal risk reduction.

The U•SaFety Program is also a member of
the South Dakota Network Against Family
Violence and Sexual Assault
& the Minnehaha County Family Violence Council.

The U•SaFety Program is operated by the University of Sioux Falls' Safe Campus Advocate. The Program Director received a Master of Arts degree from the Division of Counseling and Psychology in Education at the University of South Dakota and is also a Nationally Certified Counselor.
The U•SaFety Program Office is located inside the Academic Success Center (1st floor/lower level of the McDonald Center by the Java City fireplace).
