Adding a CD to PowerPoint
ADDING MUSIC TO POWERPOINT FROM A CD

**CD must be in the computer to run the music.
**Don’t add sounds to your animations if you want to use music with the slideshow.

  1. Open your PowerPoint Slide Show Document
  2. Under INSERT choose MOVIES & SOUNDS
  3. Choose PLAY CD AUDIO TRACK
  4. Choose START TRACK #
  5. Choose END TRACK #
  6. X LOOP UNTIL STOPPED
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click YES
  9. Under SLIDE SHOW choose ANIMATION
  10. Choose CUSTOM
  11. Under ORDER & TIMING click on MEDIA and move it to the top.
  12. Choose OPTIONS (Make sure MEDIA is highlighted.)
  13. √ PLAY USING ANIMATION ORDER
  14. WHILE PLAYING    * CONTINUE SLIDE SHOW
  15. STOP PLAYING    * After _____ slides (Put in the number of your slides.)
  16. √ LOOP UNTIL STOPPED
  17. Click OK
  18. Under SLIDE SHOW choose SLIDE TRANSITION
  19. √ AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 5 SECONDS
  20. Turn off ON MOUSE CLICK
  21. Choose an EFFECT
  22. Choose MEDIUM
  23. Click APPLY TO ALL
  24. VIEW SLIDE SHOW
