Add or Delete an Appointment

To add
or delete an appointment:

1. (In the Month view) To add an appointment
on your outlook calendar, double click on the day of the appointment.
2.
Type in the subject and the location of the meeting.

3.
If the meeting is not an all day event, un-click the box next to “all
day event”. You are then able to put
in the times of the appointment.

4.
Click save and close to add the appointment.
|
|
5.
To delete the appointment, double click on the appointment you want to
delete. Click on the “x” on the top of
the screen to delete.
