Sharing Calenders in Outlook

To give permission to another user:

**If the Outlook Shortcuts panel is not showing, pull down the view menu and click on Outlook Bar.

Move your cursor so it is over the “calendar” button on your outlook shortcuts bar. Right click your mouse button and select “properties”.

Next, click on the “permissions” tab and press the “add” button.

Type in the names of the users you would like to have permission to view or use your calendar. Press enter after each name.

Next, highlight the name of the user and change the “role” of the user by clicking the down arrow next to the word “None”.

You may change the user to be an “owner”, which allows the user to add and delete any items from your calendar.  You may also make the user a “reviewer”, which allows the viewer only to look at your calendar.
