Tuition for the doctoral program is charged on a per credit basis. Annual tuition cost will depend on how many credits you take per term. The collaborative UST- USF doctorate is offered at a competitive tuition rate without the many fees that are often added beyond tuition. Tuition is $490 per credit and is guaranteed for the length of the program.
