How to Apply

STEP ONE:
Complete three forms

• International Studies Application
• Enrollment Agreement and Contract
• Academic Approval Form

STEP TWO:
Gather required documents

• Copy of driver's license or passport
• Copy of official USF transcript

STEP THREE:
Pay application fee

• Submit $75 application fee to the USF business office.
  The fee will be applied to the total cost and is non-refundable. Attach the receipt to your completed application.

STEP FOUR:
Submit forms, required documents and receipt of application fee

• Submit all documents to Dr. Randy Nelson, Director of International Education, in the Academic Success Center located on the 1st floor of the McDonald Center West.
