Official transcripts may be requested by completing the transcript request form. Fax or mail the form to the Office of the Registrar. There is no fee for this service.
To drop an on-campus workshop, participants must notify the Office of the Registrar at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop to avoid losing their deposit. In the event the workshop is cancelled, participants will be notified one week in advance and receive a full refund.
To drop an off-campus workshop, withdrawals must be made within 14-days from the start date of the workshop.
