Sixth Annual Undergraduate Research Conference
April 24, 2014
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
As with most academic conferences, the primary goal of the URC is to provide a friendly, supportive and collegial venue for the exchange of and debate over research, information and ideas. To that end, the URC offers undergraduates and faculty from different disciplines the opportunity to meet, cultivate relationships, exchange ideas and grow as scholars. In addition, we intend for the URC to provide students with an excellent opportunity to hone professional skills, especially rhetorical skills in speaking and in writing. The URC strives to emulate the environment of a professional conference: panels of presenters, a plenary speaker, complimentary breakfast and luncheon and faculty moderators.
