STUDENT DEVELOPMENT MISSION STATEMENT Student Development at the University of Sioux Falls exists to serve students by challenging them to grow through a Christ-centered community and equipping them for a lifetime of service to God.          STRATEGY STATEMENTS Student Development will accomplish our mission through: a strong residence life program that integrates faith, living and learning; assisting students who are uncertain of their future academic major and/or career direction; encouraging students to explore leadership and service opportunities available to them on and off-campus; encouraging all students to become involved in the life of the University; offering strategically planned programs that will connect upper-class students with first-year students at the University; focusing on opportunities to develop students intellectually, vocationally, spiritually, emotionally and physically; collaborating with other departments and divisions of the University to accomplish the above stated mission
