All students' transcripts are protected by this Act; therefore, to request a transcript students or alumni must follow this procedure:

• Submit a request with a handwritten signature; include social security number and approximate dates of attendance
• Include name and address of the person to whom the transcript should be sent
• Direct the request to the Office of the Registrar and include return address
