Registration as a student at the University of Sioux Falls generates an obligation to pay all charges associated with attendance.

Payments are due in full by the first day of the semester for undergraduate students and on the first day of classes for Degree Completion, M.Ed., Ed.S., MBA and workshop students. The University of Sioux Falls charges interest monthly (12% APR) on all outstanding balances, as well as a once-per-semester $50 late fee if balances are not fully paid by September 30 and February 28 for the fall and spring semesters, respectively. After six months of inactivity, unpaid balances may be sent to a collections agency per USF's collections policy.

Overages

Overages may be due to a combination of scholarships, loans, government tuition assistance and personal payments. Students will receive an email if they are to receive an overage check.

Refunds

Refunds to institutional charges (i.e., tuition, fees, room and board) are calculated based on the class drop date as recorded in the Registrar's Office.
