Class sizes range from 10-to-20 students. Your instructor will contact you before the class begins with any information you will need to start the class. You will have dates when assignments are due, and you will be expected to interact with the instructor and classmates. This usually occurs through discussion forums, video conferencing, chats or email.
Our online faculty members are the same professors who teach many of our on-campus classes. They are outstanding in their respective fields and are certified to teach online.
You will be required to meet coursework deadlines and participate in discussions and activities as necessary. USF ONLINE classes are instructor-led and have scheduled readings, assignments, discussions and exams.

Depending on the discipline of your online course, your assessments may include online exams and quizzes, group projects, written assignments and/or presentations.
