My time in the University of Sioux Falls exercise science and MBA programs was an incredible experience that helped me grow academically, athletically and personally. The flexibility and support of the programs made it possible to complete both my undergraduate and graduate degrees while competing in college sports. A balance that isn’t easy to find. My professors challenged me in all the right ways, teaching skills that I’ve carried into my career and life. USF gave me the chance to make the most of my education and athletics, and I’m truly grateful for how well it prepared me for life after college!

Four young adults sit around an outdoor table on a sunny day. They are smiling and engaged in conversation. Two of them wear white hoodies with printed text, and one wears a beanie. Background includes trees and buildings. They seem to be enjoying each other's company.
