The Theology and Youth Ministry major will prepare you to work as a youth minister in local churches or in parachurch organizations. You will also have a strong foundation for graduate training for the pastorate, Christian education, missionary service, campus ministry, institutional chaplaincy and parachurch ministry.

In addition to meeting the regular degree requirements of the University (which include THE 140 and 240), students will take at least 42 semester hours of study which include the courses listed below.

No single course may be used by a student to fulfill more than one category within the major, though some of these courses may simultaneously fulfill Liberal Arts core requirements.
