Kurtiss Riggs

Instructor; Social Sciences

Kurtiss Riggs has been teaching Psychology and Sociology courses at USF since 2014. He earned his B.A. from USF (History Secondary Education), and his M.Ed. from Southwest Minnesota State University (Educational Leadership). He taught Social Science courses at Roosevelt High School for 19 years, and served as the Social Science Department Chair for 7 years prior to coming to USF.  In addition to teaching full time in USF's Social Science Area, Riggs has been the owner of Riggs Premier Football and Director of the Sanford POWER Football Academy since 2012. Additionally, has served as the Head Coach for the Sioux Falls Storm for 19 years.
