Satisfaction of employers (RA4.1)

Advanced Programs EMPLOYER SATISFACTION SURVEYS (CAEP R4.1) for 2023-24 are summarized as follows:

In the Summer 2024 program satisfaction surveys were received from 2 out of 4 employers of Ed.S. in Educational Administration/Superintendent Program 2023-2024 completers for a 50% response rate. Stakeholder Involvement (RA5.3)

The FSOE continues its tradition of including external stakeholders in annual data review sessions each spring rotating between Initial (even years) and Advanced (odd years) programs. During the spring semester external stakeholders from the surrounding districts participate in a zoom conference meeting to provide initial data and information to the week prior to our summit meeting held on the USF campus. External stakeholders include, administrators, both superintendents and principals, curriculum coaches and deans of students. A Clinical Experiences Advisory Committee (CEAC) was developed to augment stakeholder involvement and collaborate on planning quality clinical experiences. The purposes of the committee are: 1. development, review, or revision of clinical experience instruments and evaluations; 2. collaborative development, review or revision of the structure and content of the clinical activities; and 3. mutual involvement in ongoing decision-making about partnership structure and operations. The CEAC meets every fall and spring semester of the academic calendar.
