Students who meet the regular degree requirements for the University for a major in some other area may receive a minor in computer science by completing the following:
REQUIRED MINOR CORE
Complete the following courses.

- - Logic and Discrete Mathematics (3 s.h.)
- - Algorithms (3 s.h.)
COLLOQUIUM
Complete two semesters of Colloquium; one presentation required.
- - Science Colloquium (0-1 s.h.)
ELECTIVE COURSES
Complete 3 s.h. (not including COM104 or COM395).
- - Web Programming (3 s.h.)
- - Numerical Methods (3 s.h.)
- - Introduction to Networking (3 s.h.)
- - Introduction to Machine Learning (3 s.h.)
- - Logic and Discrete Mathematics (3 s.h.)
- - Introduction to Data Mining (3 s.h.)
- - Organization of Programming Lang uages (3 s.h.)
- - Computer Architecture & Digital Logic (4 s.h.)
- - Operating Systems (3 s.h.)
- - Algorithms (3 s.h.)
- - Special Topics in Computer Application (3 s.h.)
