Dr. Brad Lowery received his B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Mathematics from South Dakota State University. He received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Denver in 2014. His graduate research focused on communication avoiding algorithms and parallel computing.
Brad joined the University of Sioux Falls as an Assistant Professor in Applied Mathematics in 2014. His primary research interests are linear algebra, computational mathematics, and mathematical modeling. Brad has mentored multiple student research projects in these areas.
In addition to his scholarly activities, he enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with his family.
