Jessica Jarding

Associate Professor, Nursing

Dr. Jessica Jarding received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Morningside University in 2025. She received a B.S.N. from South Dakota State university in 2002, and an M.S. in Nursing Education from the University of Wyoming in 2012.  She has experience in medical-surgical nursing, mental health nursing as well as public health nursing.    

Jarding is a native of South Dakota has lived in the Sioux Falls area for the past 20 years with her husband, Aaron, and their three children. She enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, Netflix binges, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.
