What is my mailing address at the University of Sioux Falls?
Your school address is:
Name
Box Number (if available)
University of Sioux Falls
1101 W. 22nd Street
Sioux Falls, SD 57105
What is my mailbox number and combination?
Each student living on campus is assigned a unique mailbox number and combination. Students will be emailed this information prior to the start of the semester. It will also be included in your packet on Move-In Day or contact mailroom staff at 605-331-6725 or usfmailroom@usiouxfalls.edu.
What are the mailroom hours?
Students have 24-hour access to their mailbox. The mailroom is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.; students can claim packages at the mail window during open hours.
My family sent me a card but did not put my box number in the address. Will it still get to me?
Of course! As long as you live on-campus and the item has your name on it, we will make sure it is sorted into the appropriate mailbox.
What time is the mail delivered?
Most deliveries arrive mid-morning. If you are expecting a package, we recommend checking your mailbox for a package slip or using a tracking number to monitor your package’s arrival.
Can I ship a package out of the USF Mailroom?
Yes! The mailroom serves as a post office, FedEx and UPS store all in one location. We sell stamps and offer a variety of shipping options. Customers can pay with cash, check or credit card. Packages with prepaid shipping labels can also be dropped off at the mail window.
Can I have my textbooks shipped to my school address before the semester starts?
Yes – it is one less box that you need to move into your dorm room! We will keep the packages in the mailroom until you are able to pick them up.
I am moving; can you forward mail to my new address?
Letters – yes; packages – no (with the exception of Priority Mail). Be sure to fill out a forwarding address form, and we will send first-class mail to you. If you are not on our mailbox list and have not left a forwarding address, your mail will be returned.
