Congratulations On Your Acceptance to a USF Graduate Program
We're thrilled you've chosen USF to further your education. You're probably wondering what happens next. Follow the steps below and be on the lookout for further email communications from your program facilitators. Congrats again and welcome to the USF Family!
Set up a visit via Zoom or in person (optional) to discuss academic goals and specifics about the program of interest. Tours are available as well if requested.

Provide proof of your Immunization Records. Return the completed form prior to the start of classes at USF. Please note this is not required for 100% online students.
