Heather Mileham

Heather Mileham, MSW, CSW-PIP, is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Social Work Program at the University of Sioux Falls.  She received her B.S. in Psychology from South Dakota State University and Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of South Dakota.  Mrs. Mileham is currently working on her Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) through the University of Alabama with an emphasis on organizational leadership and higher education. 

Professor Mileham routinely teaches social work courses related to pracitce with communities and organizations, social policy, and social diversity. She has a wide range of both clinical and administrative experience working with children, adults, families, and organizations. She is passionate about teaching and empowering the next generation of social workers to become leaders in the profession.
