PBS President Paula Kerger to Visit University of Sioux Falls

PBS President and CEO Paula Kerger returns to South Dakota on Friday, October 12 to help with the official opening and ribbon cutting for the new SDPB Sioux Falls Studio. Later she will be speaking at the University of Sioux Falls. The events are free and open to the public.

The South Dakota Supreme Court is hosting its October 2018 Term of Court at the University of Sioux Falls at the Jeschke Fine Arts Center’s Meredith Auditorium on October 1, 2 and 3. Chief Justice David Gilbertson extends a special invitation to the residents of Sioux Falls and area communities to attend any of the Court's sessions.
USF hosts law enforcement conference this week

Today the University of Sioux Falls is honored to welcome over 250 law enforcement agents to its campus for the Dakota Chapter conference of the Midwest Gang Investigators Association. Darin Young, chief warden and director of prison operations for the South Dakota Department of Corrections gave opening remarks this morning.
USF celebrates record-high enrollment upon its 135-year anniversary

University of Sioux Falls has much to celebrate this month. Last Friday marked national Census Day for universities across the nation, and USF reported record highs in enrollment. And Saturday, the liberal arts institution celebrated its 135-year anniversary.
Snyder resigns as athletic director, Gohl named as interim director

University of Sioux Falls today announced that USF Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Josh Snyder is resigning effective August 31. University President Brett Bradfield recognized him for his leadership in navigating the challenges of maintaining high quality athletic programs in the midst of many changes in the higher education landscape.

The University of Sioux Falls is honored to host the 45th annual South Dakota High School Honor Choir July 29 to August 3 on the USF campus. A finale concert including a special reunion choir performance will be open to the public at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 3, at the Mary W. Sommervold Hall of the Washington Pavilion.
